Each 33g of COLICATIVE^™ contains AGATHOS-ACTIVE^™ and AGATHO-MYCIN^™ (Buchu Oil Extract), Propylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, Glycerol Monostearate, DL-Alpha-Tocopherol, Acetate, Stevia Extract, Apple Flavor.

AGATHOS-ACTIVE^™

Approved by the FDA and EU, this Buchu leaf extract contains Quercetin, rutin, diosmin hesperidin, diosphenol and vitamins of the A, B, D group. Equine Colic is a relatively common disorder of the digestive system. This extract inhibits the release of IL6 from monocytes when cells are stimulated by natural stimuli. The implications of these scientific findings and other researchers have confirmed that a combination of the above components is excellent in the treatment and prevention of equine Colic associated with acute pain and abdominal discomfort. This extract is extremely effective as a natural diuretic.

AGATHO-MYCIN^™

Approved by the FDA and EU, this unique patented Buchu oil leaf extract contains, potent anti-bacterial compounds with known activities against H. Pylori. Scientific research in vitro confirmed the killing of H. Pylori Helicobacter species and the management of gastric ulceration in horses. Our scientific research shows that Agatho-Mycin^™ displays diverse anti-bacterial biological active molecules that are effective against a host of pathogens including S. aureus (gram +) and E. coli (gram -).

INDICATIONS

COLICACTIVE^™ is recommended for use in all horses including mares, stallions and foals for the treatment of acute and chronic colic and should be used immediately as a “First Response” before calling the vet.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

To be administered orally. The contents of 1 syringe will treat 1 horse up to +-600kg or +-1,320lbs body mass. Foals need the same amount regardless. Your veterinarian will dose accordingly.
